Integrated Conditioning Acquisition & Control Systems

An innovative and fully integrated modular transducer conditioning, acquisition and control system, the Series 6000 has unparalleled performance and accuracy. From two to many thousands of channels, high & low speed, analog & digital, Series 6000 acquires measurement data from virtually all types of sensors and is fully customizable to fit the needs of any test facility. Large & small, AC & DC powered enclosures are available for nearly any test environment. Analog and digital I/O modules condition, amplify, filter and digitize signals from transducers. Turnkey and/or API software is available, helping facilities get up and running quickly.

Turnkey Acquisition Systems

Based completely on the Series 6000 hardware and software, Series 6800 is a turnkey system configured for specific measurement types and test environments. Systems are available for Strain/Bridge, Voltage/IEPE and Thermocouple. They are packaged for laboratory or portable applications. Systems range in channel count from 8 to 128 channels and can be easily expanded should test requirements change. Included turnkey software helps facilities focus on testing, rather than developing software.


Signal Conditioning Systems

High-performance, microprocessor controlled signal conditioning amplifiers are used for transducer data acquisition. Advanced features include automatic zero, balance and calibration, computer monitoring and display of excitation and output, operator warnings for out of limit conditions, and digital data storage for transient and waveform capture. Graphical user interface software is available for Windows and LabVIEW.

Transient Recording Systems

Series 5800 is a transient recording system for explosive and other high speed recording applications like shock & vibration testing. Each measurement channel includes high bandwidth signal conditioning, digitizing rates up to 10MS/s and recording to onboard memory. Series 5800 can be used in laboratory or harsh physical environments and includes turnkey application software. A system consists of an Enclosure, I/O Module and Software.

Ethernet Data Acquisition Systems

The Series 7000 Ruggedized Ethernet DAS brings new capabilities and levels of performance to transducer data acquisition. The ruggedized system is designed for installation in wind tunnels, engine test stands and other facilities where it is desired to locate the DAS on or near the test article, reducing installation and cable costs while improving signal quality and reliability. Each unit is a network appliance which conditions, amplifies and digitizes outputs from transducers. Multiple units are easily combined and distributable for larger installations. Real-time temperature Compensation of gain offset and Excitation Voltage, quality signal conditioning with high gain and a 24-Bit A/D per channel provide a high accuracy and high resolution DAS that will perform across a wide operating range.
